Mayor Milton Hill was born in Oxford Mississippi. He graduated from Appoka High School. in 1962.He moved to Coleman in 1999, a retired Professional Fire Fighter of 28 years with 3 teaching certificates. He was the 1977-78 Fire Fighter of the year for the State of Florida. He was also the Sumter County Emergency Management Director from 1995 - 2007, and was the District 5 L.E.P.C. (Local Emergency Planning Council) Chairman for 10 years.

Jim moved to Coleman from Orlando, and has loved being in a small, close-knit community.  He wants to protect our residents’ individual rights and the sanctity of our city.  In his spare time, he enjoys computer repair, gardening, and helping his neighbors.

Charles Felton is a life long resident of the City of Coleman. He graduated from Wildwood High School in 1971. He was one of the football stars that won the 1970 State Football Championship. Mr. Felton has served on the Coleman City Council since 2010
